Returns

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us at hello@thesegooddays.com, and a further 14 days to post it back. We'll reply with the return address. Items need to be unused and in their original condition.

Return postage isn't included. We'd suggest getting free proof of postage at the Post Office, because the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.

We'll refund to your original payment method within 14 days of your return arriving. If you return your whole order, we'll refund the standard delivery charge too. If you keep part of it, the delivery charge stays as it is.

Faulty items

If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, email us and we'll refund or replace it in full, with postage covered in both directions. Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights.
